How does online training work?
Customized workouts based on YOU, your lifestyle, and your goals, delivered to your inbox. The workouts are done on your own and on your schedule.
What is included?
An initial Skype "call" where we'll discuss your goals, lifestyle, previous exercise experience, and nutrition. Basically it's for us to get to know each other, allowing me to design a training program that works best for you! We'll also do a lifestyle assessment and movement screening.
PDF workouts (the number of workouts will vary according to your goals and schedule) + workout calendar + exercise videos (when needed) sent via email.
1- 20 minute phone call (or Skype call) every 2 weeks to check in and make any adjustments that are needed.
Email access for any questions and/or concerns in between phone calls.
Weekly lifestyle and nutrition guidance.
Who is online training for?
Online training is for those who have the motivation to do the work on their own. While I will provide you with everything you need to be successful, YOU are responsible for getting the workouts done.
